Our design process starts by thoroughly understanding the project brief, then exploring design possibilities through drawing, model-making, visualisations, and virtual reality. Once the scope and design are finalised, we produce detailed technical packages and specifications for pricing and construction. If desired, we can also oversee and manage the project on-site to help ensure quality, cost control, and a timely completion.
We have developed a reliable network of consultants and contractors to assist in delivering each project as smoothly as possible. As a small, ambitious team, we are committed to making the architecture process fun and enjoyable for our clients.
Our Approach
At Havi, we offer a full range of architectural services - from initial concept design, through the planning process, and all the way to occupation. We're flexible in our approach and able to provide standalone services like early-stage concept design or just planning assistance. However, most of our clients choose to work with us from start to finish, allowing us to add value at every stage of the design and build process.

Ben Russell ARB RIBA
Ben is an RIBA chartered architect who studied at Oxford Brookes school of Architecture. He has worked in both London and Oxford at several award winning practices, before founding his own architecture studio in Oxford 2024.
Ben has a passion for craftmanship, quality materials and low energy construction.
He is also an Associate Lecturer in Architecture at Oxford Brookes University.
